My Chicken Sandwich taste like fish & they don’t even sale fish. Very old pattie & my fries was cold too

Worst wendys ever! Went in didn't get greeted. Proceeded to try and order a combo meal at the kioskwhich happens to be at the register had issues and one person came to help just to say no frostys. Then when I was done the kiosk kept saying it was down. I asked for help and was told jold on...meanwhile there was 5 people standing doing nothing behind the counter. I'll never return to this location again

This is by far the worst Wendy's to go to. The experience has always been bad..but it was late and we were hungry decided to give another try..ordered a half salad and got a side salad...they should be ashamed of themselves. Nooooo pride in their work at all.

Went to Drive-thru ask for order fresh and to add pickles, not only didn't I receive it no one answered the phone and they didn't give me a receipt.

The cashier was not lightning quick but the food was as expected. You gotta love the 4 for $4 deal, & the soda machine has a ton of options which is a huge plus. The manager even came up to me personally to make sure everything was okay when I started taking pictures to add for Google.

I absolutely love the attitude of the workers here! This wonderful lady named Morgan Harris, she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s location for 2-3 years. Morgan has NEVER had a bad attitude once! She’s always super nice, she’s very pleasant. Just always shines a light on my day. I would love very much if she was in a management position or just a higher paid role in general because this women is fully dedicated to the company and she truly does deserve it. I love see her every time I visit Wendy’s. It’s not about the restaurant, it’s about the people who serve your food. Morgan will always have you coming back to the restaurant. She’s beautiful and absolutely divine, such a great personality! PLEASE WENDY’S COMPANY!! Promote this lovely lady! Please! She definitely deserves it, no questions asked!

Worst service ever they always lock the lobby door early it's not even closing time. Everybody working by there has a horrible attitude sometimes I try to use my dad's military discount and the worker behide the counter doesn't even know what it is so sad online said 10% off of you were in the military

Went there for lunch took 15 minutes and the window the manager was very rude and probably couldn't tell you what customer service is. She needs a personify and professionalism

Monday 8/1 I can not place my order because the cashier is on a  30minuet break.  I am to return later or get in the long drive thru line.   Wednesday 8/3 , in the drive thru line when i get to the ordering kiosk I am informed that they can not take any orders because their "System is down". This place is demonstrating a Gross lack of management.  VERY POOR.

Way to slow, so it took me 30 minutes  to get food while it wasn't  busy at 3pm
