Popeye’s was on the menu for dinner tonight. I chose to dine in, getting in line, I waited, waited & waited. It seems the driver-thru has first call, when 8 people are in line in front of you? Restaurants have forgotten about standing customers. Drive-thru’s are a luxury for people that choose to sit, in most cases. I don’t get it! The food was good & hot, guy at counter was friendly. Don’t look for a receipt here, because the printers have been out for months!

Went for lunch  spent 7  minutes at the drive thru menu talking to myself getting drenched in the rain . So I drove to the front where I wait for the car ahead to get there order just for the employee to tell me that I have to drive around and order at the menu instead of just taking my order right there. Then gives me a lame as excuse oh I'm the only one working the window.  Why didn't they say that while  I  was at the drive thru menu board originally. Just said F it I don't have time for them to spit In my food or under cook my chicken . I went to KFC where the lady toke my order was so professional ,and polite. I was in and out with out feeling like I was bothering someone to do there job.

First of the lobby was closed when it is supposed to be open until 10pm.  I was picking up a mobile order where I waited in the drive thru lane for 30 mins to get to the window. And still had to wait another 30mins to get the food. I'm guessing this restaurant forgot the meaning of fast food.

This place is mad disgusting. Not to mention how rude the staff were, especially the one taking orders. They don't speak up on their microphone so you barely hear them forbid asking them to repeat, or else you'll get criticized. A girl got my order wrong and looked at me crazy when I politely told her about it. Then proceeds to take the food from me and starts slamming things. THEN questioned why i wouldn't just take an incorrect order? Excuse me, like is this what you run?? A freaking BARN?? Ughh nasty people, nasty food, just triflinggg. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Worst service ever long wait time never have anything you want on the menu.Their lobby not suppose to close until 10pm but they always lock the door around 8pm or early not right. Don't go too this Popeyes go too a different one thanks in advance!!!

Save your time and go to a different location. The one on Hiawassee and Silver Star is the WORST! The employees are rude, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional. We already don’t expect much from fast food employees…but this location is truly an embarrassment to the Popeyes company. My drive thru experience at 1pm on 8/16/22 took over 45 minutes! I had my baby in the car with me so I couldn’t go inside to check on my order…When the girl finally brought the food to my car- the chicken was outside of the box, there was no receipt, then the girl said “nah” and walked away after I asked her to wait while I checked the bag. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME…they don’t deserve it!

I was served a #9 spicy chicken sandwich, the sandwich was put in the bag with the fires instead of it's own bag it usually comes in, and the soda taste like seltzer water... @ Hiawassee and silver star location in Orlando fl, like this. This is not the first time I experienced HORRIBLE, and disgusting service from this place. And addition to that the manager found it funny im so over them at this point

Lobby was locked even though they opened at 10am. Didn’t receive my Uber Eats order in a timely manner even though the lobby was locked and there weren’t any other cars there.

I only give 1 star because I can't give a zero. I ordered the 11 pc meal with an extra side  through Uber Eats and only received the chicken and biscuits and sadly this isn't the first time this has happened worst employees ever

They're overworked and understaffed so you better have the patience of Job in order to get your meal, the chicken is good though, no doubt, their customer service is good.
