They just served me a half done chicken sandwich!!! I don't even know how much raw meat I ate. Thank God I looked at my sandwich. They won't answer the phone so I can tell them. Then they locked the lobby door,so therefore we couldn't go inside. I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning
Very rude and disrespectful. An order was placed for four orders of 4 for $4. Usually when we’ve made that request they would ask what type of sandwich. This time they did not and we we not aware the screen displayed “JrChzBurger” until we drove off. We arrived at the window and asked why are they all burgers, if was possible to change two to chicken sandwiches, as two individuals did not eat burgers. The cashier at the window suddenly had an attitude and responded with “That is all that comes in the 4 for 4. If you wanted something else you should’ve asked for the $5 biggie bag.” We were quite unaware that this was the new thing. So we asked to replace two burgers, she then turned to who I would assume is her manger because she had to input something on the POS for her. As the manager walked towards the POS, she blurted “Its already cooked!” We understood that there may have been some changes, but their behavior was very nasty. The cashier then slid the window shut and went on her phone. When the sandwiches did arrive, the bread was cold. The sauces she asked at the window were not in any of the bags given to us. When the cashier gave us the bags, she slammed the window closed, so we sat there to wait for our sauces. She opened the window and dropped incorrect sauces in our hands and slammed the window closed again. How do these people get/stay hired?? They have no manners whatsoever.
Nasty attitudes poor customer service ..I came and ordered food the first time I ordered two honey butter biscuits I guess the person taking orders didn’t hear that because I only got rung up for one ..no problem mistakes happen I didn’t say anything I came back around to order the one I missed . When I got to the window to pay again the young lady proceeds to tell me you’re not missing anything you only ordered 1 in a very slick way when I never said I was missing anything . She just jumped to conclusions assuming I was trying to get free food or something mind you she’s also rolling her eyes while taking another order because the people said they would like to wait for chicken to come out ..she was very disrespectful mumbling and cursing saying things under her breath bi had cake through the drive through again because of her mistake. Then I asked for a syrup she tells me that’s gonna be 50 cent again no problem I agreed to pay I guess she didn’t think I would want the syrup after she told me that because she started doing something else when I told her again I want the syrup she paused and caught another attitude I don’t know her name but today is Dec 10 this was around 9:30 so whoever was in the drive through between that time I know where to not come when I want Wendy’s
Went in to order lunch but wanted to wash my hands first. Restrooms have locks on them. The RUDE manager said you have to buy something before she will unlock the restroom door. She has a major attitude problem. This should be a Health issue not letting people wash their hands before ordering. Seeing the inside i guess it wouldn't matter. I go to Wendy's a couple times a week. But will never go back to that one.
My coworker entered this establishment for lunch. We work outside for a living. He wanted to use the restroom before placing his order so he could wash his hands but it was locked. He was informed that he could not use the restroom until he ordered first. After he came back outside and informed me of what occurred he chose to patronize Steak and Shake because of the poor customer service at this location. He was able to use the restroom and then place his order at Steak and Shake. If changes aren't made Steak and Shake will continue to get his hard earned money and mine as well.
On 12/03/22 I decided to eat at Wendy’s for dinner. This store is completely horrible when it comes to customer service & fresh food. After being put on hold and stuck inside the drive through for 25 mins, I was informed I couldn’t place a order because they were closed @ 11:00pm. After questioning about the time, the manager quickly became rude and unpleasant. After yelling her point across, she slammed the window door and left without returning. I will never return to this Wendy’s ever again. I pray Wendy’s corporation train their employees and managers better for the sake of their business. I can only imagine how many more customers go through this same behavior dealing with this location.
I usually enjoy Wendy's but this one was not average most of the tables needed wiped off, to be kind the food was slightly below average and to top it off 2 of our 3 orders were wrong..... Considering our ticket said one thing and order was different what can be said.. Next time I am in the area and are hungry for Wendy's I'll look for a different one. Can't recommend...
How is it 7:10 p.m and the lobby is closed ‍. My husband and I were doing Doordash , when he ran in to grab the food. He was told he had to go through the drive Thru, that their lobby was closed, even after mentioning he was with doordash. Meanwhile all their doors were unlocked ! . Their had to be atleast 3 employees and they litterally made up their own schedule. Barely could tell if people were working because the drive through line was also wrapped around. Steer clear Doordash & Ubereats drivers. You will lose money picking up an order from here
They seem to get every DoorDash order I place wrong every single time!. The foods cold which I get it if it sits for an awhile but they could at least keep the food in a heated area until the dasher arrives or just not make the food.!
Cold food, missing two meals, after I had to tell them on the screen it's not showing and when I pulled up at the window they where arguing and real loud in there the line was super long guess they got overwhelmed it was horrible I won't stop by this Wendy's ever again. I thought there was going to start shooting at one another in the line they was yelling also.
