This will be the last time I order from this pizza hut. I placed an online order at 6:16 pm and was quoted a delivery time of 25-35 minutes. I received my pizza a few minutes ago, and it is just after 9:30 pm. The order was incorrect and burnt, ordered a pizza with mushroom/onion, and got a pizza with Jalapeño/pineapple. I urge others that if you're thinking about ordering, you should probably rethink ordering from here.

This place is terrible. We ordered a pizza for delivery. We received the pizza a hour later and it was the wrong order. Sent the wrong pizza back with the driver who stated he would go back and get the correct pizza. We called the store to verify and confirm that we received the wrong order. The store stated we’d receive the correct order shorty, but they never sent us the correct pizza. We tried calling the store over 7 times and they either never answered or answered and immediate placed us on hold and never picked up again. We’ll be contacting corporate. We never received the order we paid for.

Was our first time ordering from here we normally eat domino’s. I placed our order at around 12:30.. it took til 3:30ish for our pizzas to show up. The driver forgot one of our pizzas and had to go grab it and on top of that had about 3 other stops to make, so we were told. The driver finally shows up and is obviously not in a friendly mood, he was rude to my mother who was trying to be nice considering everything. He didn’t even help her grab the pizza boxes from the bag, just chose to watch her struggle. Then when we go to look at the pizzas they’re all messed up and obviously cold. Super disappointing to us and the kids.. they were hungry.

Silverstar location is the best. Been everywhere else and they make them tiny and with no toppings for the speciality ones. Almost as if the others just toss a few extra toppings on like 2 slices, but this location actually makes them as they are ADVERTISED in the pizza hut ads. Great service....fast...  Made perfect... And i love it!! Silverstar rd Orlando. ....who would of expected that?

Do not order from them .. my pizza was suppose stop be here at 3:01  when I ordered my pizza it also says a delivery time , the delivery time begins from the time u order the pizza till the time u get your pizza .. if it says 30 mins that typically means that in 30 mins u will have your pizza .. I ordered at 2:28 I did not get my pizza till 3:45 .. I waited over a hour for pizza that ended up being cold I called the manager and I was polite and the manager was nasty and rude and didn't offer to replace my pizza and came off like it was my fault .. I live .5miles away from the pizza hut this is unacceptable and so is the service from the staff and the daytime manager.. I have pics of my food

Lightening fast delivery! Good customer service! Pizza was hot, delicious and made to perfection! Pizza was just as hot as if it came right out of the oven! Mozzarella was stretchy like authentic mozzarella instead of imitation cheese! Perfectly delicious pizza! Awesome experience!

Dont bother. Ordered at 6:55 pm. Was quoted a 7:35 pm delivery time. Called them at 7:30 and they said my order was on the way and would arrive in 10 min. Called again at 8:00pm - was then told my driver was out with my food but had to stop and get gas…? Called AGAIN at 8:30 pm and was rudely dealt with as if waiting over 2 hours for cold food is normal. Finally delivered at 8:50 pm. Ice cold. If i could give negative stars i would. Go pick up pizza somewhere else. This hut is trash

Food showed up 1hour 32 minutes plus still forgot the rest of the stuff I ordered.  For future reference pay them in cash so you'll know what your getting before you buy online

I place a order at 12pm & I’ve been waiting on my pizza ever since and now it’s 2:23am & Ik the store been close so where did my pizza go?! This place is beyond the worst and should either shut down or get completely new dedicated workers who wants to feed hungry customers… If they had told me that they stop doing deliveries for the night I would have respected that but taking someone order or act like your taking the order and not show up is just so wrong… I DON’T RECOMMEND‼

Like most restaurant apps, the user experience was mediocre. But I did find a pickup deal that was perfect. Food was hot and ready upon arrival.
