"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Alright I was a bit harsh on my first pass at this place. For a Checkers, this place is actually wicked nice. The staff is speedy and kind. I think the store just got a new paint job, which is really fun and cool in a fast-food world of brown and grey box buildings. I was served by the manager their first night in the role and he was EXEMPLARY. You're simply not going to find better in the business. His personal approach to my concern was refreshing compared to the canned company lines that a 20 year veteran might regurgitate. I left satisfied, happy, and with a new opinion of checkers.
Super bummed about the robot that can't understand me and after multiple x of repeating an order for 4-6ppl, a human employee has to take the order anyways, which holds up the line. The employees are great. Food is consistent, overall.Food: 4/5
Two stars are for the food, which is tasty and what I’ve come to expect from Checkers. But ordering the food is a zero star experience. I absolutely hate trying to get robots to understand me, especially when we have allergen concerns or special instructions, etc... So we had to wait in line and then park, download the app, place the order, wait again, etc. I will never go to a Checker’s again until they allow me to order food with a human being. That is true of any food establishment.
It was almost closing and we went to get some late night grub. We were a big mess but Michael was extremely patient and took care of us and was a great help. Michael made sure our order was correct and made our night complete. Very respectful and polite. Thank you Michael.
Every time we come to this store the employees there are always amazing, efficient and greet us with a happy smile on their face. Love the little picnic area.
I love the atmosphere and the selection of every food imaginable in one place! My girlfriend likes sushi and I was in the mood for a classic burger! #Satisfying
They've always had friendly, fun staff, now awkward computer. Ugh, we always loved coming here. Just a block up is a jam packed Chik-fil-A with a bunch of young People taking your order and no technology in sight!
My new favorite checkers location Very clean and beautiful restaurant customer service was flawless , the light skinned curly brown haired cashier girl who handed me my food , don’t know how her name but she was super kind and sweet . That’s the definition of how you should treat every customer.. Sis deserve a raise she has a beautiful soul . Thank you for making my night choosing to go there .
I like the new outside of the building they remodeled it looks pretty cool made it up to date they still got a lot of good things on the menu of course they're not healthy but they taste good other easily accessible and they're fairly low cost so they got a winning combination
