I love that they have both Real Ryder and traditional spin bikes.  I prefer the Real Ryders personally.  I also love that they play music or cycling videos during class.

Probably THE best experience I've ever had being at a gym. It's not like any other gym you've ever been to. They definitely care about  your well being and health. You're not just another "customer" to them. You become a friend and they really pay attention to you as a person and what you need.
It's the only place I've gone to that I actually want to go and not feel like "I have to" 
I recommend it to anyone!! 
Even their classes feel like you're working out with a personal trainer. 
Everyone who works there is absolutely dedicated to what they do. It's super refreshing. Everywhere else I've gone, if you didn't pay for personal training, they just don't help you the same way. Not here!! Everyone is important. I love everyone there. Its like a 2nd family!
