I have been going to this gym for over 25 years and I absolutely love it! The new location is fabulous! The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. The staff is friendly and always makes you fell welcome. I have been to many gyms but this is my favorite.

GREAT equipment, tons of power racks, dumbbells up to 110lbs, many independent plate load Hammer Strength machines. Never too crowded, inexpensive membership. I would LOVE to give this gym 5 stars but the hours are not great, especially the weekend, 9PM Fri, 7PM Sat and 4PM Sun. Other than the hours this is a great gym!!!!

Getting back into working out after a long time. Was concerned being a middle aged woman wouldn't fit in. The guys at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. I appreciate how clean and the new numerous class options. Serious gym for those of us Looking to lose weight and get back in shape.

Very friendly gym. The classes are really popular, especially during the season. They are going to move to a new location in 2017. It has more parking which will be good. The owners and staff are helpful and customer-oriented.
