I don't even know where to start, I have been to several boxes and have never found the level of care, attention, and just all around exceptional-ism that i found in CFDB. Sean and all the coaches take an individual interest in everyone that walks through the door and treats them like family. the hardest part of moving away from Delray is that the standards and expectations set by CFDB are impossible to find anywhere else. I miss everyone and can't wait for the next sunday i can make it to the weightlifting class. Thank you so much to everyone at CFDB.
