I only was in Delray for around six months but darn it, I wish I had found this gym sooner. The guys are super knowledgeable & really care about your form and getting down the basics before you move forward. As a personal trainer myself,  it is imperative to start with ground work before progression occurs. Classes are kept at a smaller number therefore you get quite a bit of individual attention and when there are larger groups, they up the coaches (a concept many gyms should utilize). Within only a short period of time, my body went through some significant positive changes: I was constantly being complimented on my shoulders!
Also, the very best part: once you are done with a killer workout, you can have a beer at the bar next door. I love that they incorporate building a community as well as a gym. 
I moved cross country or else you can bet I would still be attending this awesome gem! Thanks again ya'll !

I don't even know where to start! This place has it all!! It starts with world class trainers that will push you whether you're on the bag or doing mitt work. The trainers give everyone more individual attention than one would normally  see in a group class.  In addition, the gym also offers great Junior Programs for the kids! Another bonus is the gym has a great pub which is included in the full membership price!

As with all things that require commitment and dedication you get what you put into it. I can't attest to the quality of the trainers vs other gyms as this is the only boxing gym I've been apart of. That being said the trainers are very knowledgeable and they will push you.

In addition to the good trainers the members are very friendly and welcoming  group of people. You can't help but feel a sense of comradery as you suffer together through the workouts.

All in all, high quality equipment, great atmosphere and clean environment.

The trainers they originally had were some of the best boxing coaches I have ever learned from. It was a great gym and everyone that came to train were all part of a family. Unfortunately, the trainers left due to not getting paid properly for their services. I find this to be a bad business practice, especially when it involves trainers that take the time to make sure everyone is the best they can be. Sorry to see these great coaches leave, but the gym doesn't deserve to have them coach anymore.

So happy!  My son has been going to DBB for over 4 months and I am so happy with the results and my son is too!  I used to get calls from school about him fighting, not paying attention in class and honestly, the calls from school have stopped!  He LOVES Delray Beach Boxing and SO DO I.  Best thing for both of us. Great instructors, beautiful facility and so clean. Seriously, can't say enough.  Love you guys!!
