The Personal Training System at PurLife Fitness is designed as an organized set of checks and balances to ensure clients reach an optimal level of fitness and athleticism. We start off by addressing function and stability issues. Then our program bridges the gap between aesthetics and performance, by shedding body fat and promoting overall wellness. Finishing our Program focusing on movement resulting in maximum strength and power. Your PurLife Team will address your individual goals and concerns, continuing to focus on them throughout your Transformation. Our goal for you is to achieve a top level of fitness by creating a body that’s Healthy, Functional, Lean, and Strong.

I started over a month ago now. I have a chronic condition and am a compete gym newb, but working with Eric has been fantastic so far. He's a real pro, and I'm already seeing results. He constantly adjusts the training routine on the fly to accommodate my condition as needed, stays upbeat and motivational throughout. Cannot recommend Pürlife and Eric enough, even if you have never set foot inside a gym before (I hadn't!).

I have been training with Eric Heger for well over a year now. I was immediately impressed with his overall demeanor and genuine interest in tailoring a fitness routine to meet my goals to increase my aerobic fitness and strength. Eric is an excellent trainer, and is always searching for opportunities to improve and expand upon his skills and knowledge as a personal trainer. I highly recommend him and Purelife Fitness.

I'm new to the area and my health is very important to me. I was so excited to start working out here. Until, I met my trainer, Eric H. He did not listen to my specific wants or needs. He had a flippant attitude and seemed to not hear a word I said. I checked reviews for so many places and I was sure I had the right spot, but I was so wrong. Terrible experience and will not return.

My Trainer Eric Heger has to be one of the most attentive and intuitive trainers that I have ever trained with. He knows what excercises to do to stregthen my weakest parts. I also love the additional knowledge of stretching and core strength. I love the different modalities of training, It's not just machines and dumbells..it's so much more. It makes every workout a new experience. If you want to keep it interesting, ask for Eric Heger!

I started working with Julien Hernandez to focus on eliminating pain in my hips while running (It was so bad that I had a hard time sitting down in the office for a few days after even a short run). Julien took the time to listen to what I was saying and develop a plan based around where I wanted to be. I am happy to report I was able to get my mileage (and speed!) back up to where I would like to be without the literal pain in my ass. Thanks Julien!
