Matt, Rebecca and Alexander were all great. Was able to drop in for Open Gym and do my own thing. Great folks, great box. Will be back for sure!

This is a really great community of people run by a caring and dedicated couple.  This is no typical big gym experience, much more personable with a lot of attention to safety and proper technique.  Crossfit is hard work and you will be pushed to new limits, but that is exactly what I needed.  If you are new to Crossfit, I highly recommend checking out their beginners program.  It's a really great value for what you get compared to a normal gym and is a great starting point to build a foundation in lifting and general exercise.
