Cafe Rio is one of my favorite restaurants, it's hard to beat the pork burrito enchilada style. All that said, this cafe rio location is hands down the WORST location in the franchise. There are frequently flies in the restaurant (and in the lettuce, gross!) And the service is terrible. Each time I've done online pick up our food is basically cold even when I show up 10 minutes earlier than when they said the food was going to be ready the food had been sitting there for quite a while. I don't know if it's terrible management or what but I've had multiple bad experiences here and will not be going back. Again, love cafe rio, but will not be going back to this specific location.

Hands down the worst service of any Cafe Rio in Salt Lake City. I can’t seem to get corporate or a manger to talk to me or call me back about it. Not only have they screwed up my order multiple times on multiple visits, But people might want to check their food; especially in your burritos might be eating a staff members hair, they can’t seem to have pick up orders on time, and I’ve seen multiple health code violations with their employees. Management needs to be changed at this location; sad because i enjoy eating rio at least once a week!

Ordered take out 2 salads and a bunch of sides. Got home no dressing. Called manager said to make it right they would put our names on a list and IF we come in within 2 months... we get 2 free dressings. YEAH!! oh wait dressing comes with every salad. 
Manager refused to make this right. Been coming to this location for many years. Sadly it just lost some loyal customers. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR COSTA VIDA down the road.

We love the food here but the service is terrible. We try to order online with the app and when you finally get past all the app issues you get here and the food is never ready at the promised time. I’m sitting here waiting 30 minutes after the promised time and they haven’t even started. It’s faster just to go through the line when you get here. Don’t bother ordering online. I have never gotten my food on time. Way understaffed and they are very nonchalant about the fact they they are unorganized and late. Didn’t even apologize or offer me a drink.

Food was good but the wait was horrible, ordered our food online, was promised by 12:45 so a 45 minute wait isn't a problem. When we got there it wasn't ready yet at 12:50 which is fine until we saw upwards of 15-20 people get their food before us and then when we finally got our food at 1:15 the guy told us that half the order was made about twenty minutes ago so half our food was stale and cold. Good food, don't go here on a Saturday.
