This will always be a staple stop for a filling sandwich and a delicious soup. Though the pulled pork will always be my favorite sandwich, the soups I'm always stuck between choosing are the creamy tomato bisque, the flavorful lobster and red pepper bisque, and the delicious chicken enchilada chili with cheese. If you're ever feeling under the weather, just stop here and get a full-size soup to go. Sitting in a blanket and letting the flavors and warmth of the soup give you comfort will make you feel so much better. Oh, and the desserts... It doesn't matter if you go with one of the decadent cheesecakes or the gorgeous creme brulee, you won't be able to stop eating them.

you know, Ive heard good things about Zupas from different sources, so maybe it was just high expectations, but I wasn't too impressed. The soup was pretty good, sandwich was below average and the serving sizes were featherweight. Probably a popular place for girls night out, but I'd pick something else if your looking to fill up inexpensively. The service was good and they did a good job of having kitsch design.

I enjoy the lobster and roasted red pepper soup as well as several of their hot sandwiches. However, their desserts are lacking in quality and their chocolate covered strawberries are inconsistent in size. Otherwise, it's a nice, inexpensive place to eat. Dinner time on the weekends is less busy at this Orem store than the American Fork store. Probably really only 4.5 stars since there isn't much to set Zupas apart from other restaurants but there isn't much to complain about either.

I go to different Zupas a lot and compared to the rest, this location is just alright. The lobster bisque seemed very watery, the line didn't move very fast, several employees were hard to hear, my sandwich was cold by the time I sat down, and they weren't very accommodating when I asked for another roll instead of strawberries. It's still a good place, but this isn't a shining example of what zupas usually is like. They need a better system, training, or something so it isn't so chaotic and is a better customer experience.

Love Zupas! It’s one of my favorite light food places to eat. I always do the try two combo. Their prices have gone up in the past few years but still a pretty good meal for $8-$10.
