We had a great experience here and paid a great rate. This location was very comparable to the Hyatt Place in Overland Park. We were checked in by a friendly staff person who took the time to tell us about all the amenities available. Our room was large, with a full kitchen, a sizable TV, and lots of storage space. We felt very comfortable - this would be a great place to stay longer-term. The Lending Locker offers free appliances, books, and games to borrow during your stay, and the Cupboard provides snacks and common supplies 24/7. Payment is very easy, and you have the option to simply charge to your room. The only drawback was that in the morning, there was no one at the registration desk. There was only a sign saying that if a guest needed assistance, they could call a number.

the hotel is a little dated, the furniture needed refreshing, the mattress needed to be flipped, and the pillows smelled a little smoky. with all that said, it was still clean, and the people were amazing, and the price was great. I can handle dated, especially if it's clean and great service.

Decent rooms, very antiseptic smell tho. Reminded me of bandaids. Thin walls, noisy guests are a concern, and there were many. Good value for the price.

Manager was nice and the room was ok. There were some pretty nasty looking stains on the crapper and the living room smelled a little odd. Bed and bathroom were clean though the drain in the tub was quite slow. Overall, it was ok.

It has a great location, there are a few parks nearby, had great restaurants for breakfast and lunch in a less than 10 mim drive, the mall is also close. To me the best part is that is quiet and peaceful, I have not heard any noise from the street at all. Very friendly and welcoming staff as well. The room and bathroom are comfortable. Does not feel crowded at all.
