This place was affordable, but the overall experience was not good. Sound rating between rooms did not exist, we could hear everyone coming and going. The pillows were flat and hard. When we asked for additional, we were told there were non available. The room we were assigned had a broken bedside table. No coffee maker was available in the room. There is a greeting card in the room showing amenities to "just ask for" items. We asked for a coffee pot and were told they didn't have any. The free "breakfast" was instant oatmeal packets next to a coffee pot.

This is convenient to OP KS but pretty plain Jane. No frills or extras, have to ask for coffee pots & mugs, silverware & most everything. Laundry is coin service, (disappointing & inconvenient). ***However David was the manager during our stay and he went above and beyond to meet our needs, comfort and even safety! Without our knowledge he protected us from an identity theft incident calmly and effectively. I am impressed by his knowledge, appreciated his conversation and hope that he is valued adequately!!

Spacious room for a reasonable price. The refrigerator is a nice amenity. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was functional. The staff was helpful. Overall, a good value.

Stayed there for two nights for a marathon. Husband and I had a room with two beds. There were stains on both of the comforters, spiderwebs inside the windows and there was only one pillow (super flat) per bed. When my husband asked the front desk for another pillow they told him no, because they didn't know how many guests would be checking in later in the evening and he would need to check back. A couple hours later he was finally given another flat pillow. Housekeeping didn't come by after the first night, so by the time we left on the third morning we had run out of toilet paper and used all the tissues in their place (figured it would be a struggle to get TP after the struggle to get a pillow). Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Dirty and unfriendly/rude staff.

The staff here is extremely courteous. Everyone is respectful, kind, and always accommodating. They go above and beyond what is required of them each day to truly make it feel like a home away from home!
