This is a great room. Huge bed that is very comfortable- I'm pretty sure the pillows aren't feather! Finally! The bathtub is enormous, definitely made me have a relaxing soak. Great location in Overland Park, makes getting around to anywhere you want to go a breeze. I may have found my new favorite place to stay.

This place is horrible! The shower drain was clogged with I don't know what. The staff are only there to make a pay check, they laugh at my concern about the shower drain as I was leaving out the door, how rude! I asked to speak to a manger on duty, the young lady stated that there was not a manager on duty at that time. 

Wet towels were still left on the floor from my morning shower. 

If you notice pic below of the hair dryer, it's broken. This looks like a fire hazard to me.

**** No apologies, No personal concern what so ever. I had to walk back to my room with my own clean towels & sheets. I felt like I was part of the cleaning staff. 

I see you get what you pay for, think twice about coming here, whats in the lobby is very very deceiving!

I'm mean, it's alright... nothing fancy. Clean enough. Nice employees... would be nice for an extended stay on a budget. I would call it KID friendly at all.

Friendly and helpful staff. A bit hard to get in and out of the parking lot when making left turn onto main road due to median. Large king room, clean. Noticed some wall spackle which had been used to repair but had not been painted over, leaving a couple of white areas on walls in room. Breakfast typical of most chain hotels. Great room rate and location, which made up for any short comings. Able to adjust temperature in the room to individual preference.

Clean room, friendly staff. The king bed was hard and could hear footsteps when people walked above me in their rooms. But the hotel grounds was really pretty and I had a pleasant stay.
