Rooms are nice,clean... still need some updating. Management could use some hospitality. But other than that is was a good stay.

Pretty standard hotel for this class. Room appeared clean. They had basic continental breakfast. Looks like they are renovating/replacing furniture. Basically, the one negative is very thin walls that doesn't block out noise.

Kudos for complying with The Americans w/Disabilities Act of 2015, as I was not solicited For a nonrefundable pet fee, or asked to provide either medical records or some sort of fake documentation certifying that my service animal is legally so, As most hotels under the Wyndham logo usually do try to illegally solicit. Check in was unusual, given that even though I had booked the king room as a go free night having used my 15,000 Wyndham reward points, I was required to submit a credit card at check-in for what the clerk deemed to be as incidentals. To my knowledge,Wyndham policy does not require a credit card at check-in when booking as a free night stay, but I am used to this sort of behavior from Wyndham hotels, being aware that Hotels like to have a credit card on file so that they can charge a deposit usually in the amount equal to or twice that of the room rate being booked so that they can hold your money for the 3 to 5 business days it will take for it to be refunded to your card, even though the guest may be paying through Wyndham reward points. The room itself was pleasant enough. Nice, large flatscreen TV. Large, Comfortable bed, even though the cover had two large cigarette burns in the middle. Thumbs down for the staff’s attentiveness, in that even though I requested a 6:30 AM wake up call, and saw the clerk write it down. My wake up call came early at 6 AM. Not so bad if I had checked in earlier than 9 PM, but terrible since I needed the sleep. BreakfastWas better than 95% of most Wyndham hotels, which only offer fat sugar and carbs in the form of cereal and muffins. Breakfast here consisted of a nice warm change with sausage patties and eggs. I only give this property two stars for the reason being that even though I had requested and was approved for a late checkout of 12 PM, at 11:05 AM on the dot housekeeping entered my room without knocking without announcing themselves in any shape form or fashion and proceeded to walk right in on me asI lay in bed naked! Considering this property is located only a few short miles from the metro Memphis Tennessee area, which the Federal Bureau of investigation lists regularly on their top 10 most dangerous cities in America, for the made to enter my darkened room without knocking or announcing was highly inappropriate, considering that I had both a service animal with me, As well as being legally armed! This dumb, dumb, woman housekeeper should be thankful to me that I am trained in the use of deadly weapons, and not some idiot, as I did not shoot her dumb dumb self for walking into my room without announcing, Having placed me in such an awkward, anxious, and vulnerable situation! I immediately contacted management, Who stated that they indeed had notified housekeeping that I had a late checkout of 12 PM, so I am left to wonder why this ignorant housekeeper would enter my room without knocking or announcing?????

The staff was very helpful and really pleasant (Jessica),our room was clean and spacious housekeeping came in every day that we were there to clean basically to do whatever you ask them to do and they didn't mind, continental breakfast different everyday. Thank you

Decent place only stayed 3 days, great servive. Way better than most extended stays I've been. Bigger TV too.
