The staff is very professional, yet quite personable. Rooms are very clean, friendly housekeeping staff. Staff that provides breakfast very accommodating, offering a bag to take my food with when I was running late. Best area to stay in with 25 places to eat and you can be out at night in South haven. Great Police Dept. too.

Just a one-night stop but was planned with the reservation so that everyone can have breakfast before we got back on the road. The breakfast was my main reason that I booked at this place because if I spent that anywhere else would have cost me at least another 30 bucks plus for the same quality. Friendly staff comfortable beds clean room what more can you ask for. Sign up for Marriott Rewards if you travel often to get better rates, just my quick tip. I am not Marriott employee Affiliated in any way.

The room smells like dirty socks, the bathtub is clogged, and the AC is blowing mold spores that have given me an allergic attack. I expect so much more from a Marriott property. I could have spent half the price and stayed at a "budget" hotel and had a much better experience.

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. A few small issues such as keys not working and coffee pot in room non functional. The staff however, addressed these concerns quickly and efficiently. My family stayed here two weekends in a row due to a family illness and a funeral. Barbara (front desk) and Donna (breakfast service) were so friendly and helpful. They made a difficult time a little easier to handle.

Was given room 220. This is the room adjacent to the elevator and directly over the lobby. Prepare to be awoken at 5am. The front door of the hotel is automatic, and you will hear it. You will also hear every early guest. The hotel wasn't great if it hadn't been for the bad room. One of the lesser Fairfield Inns I have stayed at in my travels. However, 220 should be used for storage. The fact that there was actually a room even closer to the elevator scared me. The elevator shaft is literally in the bathroom. I can't even believe they rent that one out.
