We were DELIGHTED to find that the Jacuzzi suites at this Comfort Suites had a SEPARATE bedroom, huge bathroom, huge living room and a "wet bar". Breakfast quality was better than most Choice hotels; they even had BACON. Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. I will stay here next time I need to be in the Memphis area. It is a great value and worth the 15 minute drive into Memphis!

When I am in Southaven this is where I stay. My room always has a fridge, microwave and prep sink and counter. I have dietary restrictions and this convenience allows me to bring the food that I can eat, to keep it cold and warm it up. The rooms have always been clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I start every review with the same info to help others understand my ratings. My husband travels for a living and most of the time I am fortunate enough to go with him. I also have OCD. That being said, here we go! I highly recommend the Comfort Suites. It was a fantastic stay. The entire hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is in a very nice area with lots of dining and shopping options. We are on our way to Dallas from East Tn. and I am already making arrangements to stay at the Comfort Suites as we travel back home!

The room was really nice and the service was excellent. The Happy hour was a nice surprise and breakfast was great. I woukd highly recommend this location.

Our room was comfortable and quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a couple of small hiccups with the front desk but nothing major. Breakfast was good with the usual fare. Housekeeping staff we encountered were very polite. We did not use the hotel amenities, but they do have a gym and a pool which both looked clean and well maintained.
