The shop felt very relaxed. The rep who spoke to me was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time teaching me about what to look for in a bike. They carry very good products for a huge range of people. If you're a pro, they have what you need. If you're a beginner, they have what you need. If you're anywhere in between, they have what you need.

Seems to be a pretty good bike shop, though I can't account for their servicing department. I bought a Specialized Bike Helmet and a bell for college. The staff was very friendly and immediately recognized me as a "poor college kid," directing me to the cheaper of the bike helmets. Their prices seem to be fairly tight between theirs and the web selling price. I would go again if I need any other merchandise. 

The only thing that would improve upon the experience was if they had better parking for your bikes (like a bike rack outside of the store). There's a spot for two bikes.

I purchased a bike for my wife and daughter a couple of weeks ago. Clayton was extremely helpful in finding the perfect bike for both of them. He was very patient with my daughter and helped us for over 45 minutes find the perfect helmet. 
It's been a lot of fun watching them ride their bikes around the neighborhood, but deep down inside I wanted to be riding around with them. But my weight has kept me from buying a road bike. Because we had such a good experience with Clayton, I called him up and asked him if it's possible for someone my size to ride a road bike. His response not only made me confident that my weight would not be a problem, but it also made me excited to get back on a bike. One week later, I'm the proud owner of a new Specialized road bike! Thanks to Clayton, I'll be going on a long bike ride with my wife today! Can't wait to get back in shape doing something I love. 
I highly recommend Clayton at Canyon Cycles! Not only does he know his stuff, but he is also such a nice guy.

Wicked bike shop. These guys have everything you need to do with your bike. They do repairs, accessories, and sell bikes. Great place to get a great bike.

Super helpful with both service and sales.  Got three bikes here for the kids and they were great and really informed on every single detail pro and con of their inventory.
