Mad Dog Cycles full service bicycle shop in Orem, we are the local cycling experts.

We have serviced and sold bicycles in the Utah valley since 1997, started a Mountain bike team (winning multiple Intermountain Cups and other titles), have been recognized for numerous service projects and fundraising; and involved in making the streets safer for bikes (bicycle advocacy).

Randy and the Mad Dog crew run a great business. Quality products and a knowledgeable staff; they have yet to steer me wrong! Brian is a cycling guru, and Evan is always available for friendly support. Great local enterprise of which to be a patron.

Evan was super helpful in getting my 6 year old a full set up. We added some accessories that he suggested as well and her birthday surprise was a hit! She is in love with her new bike and I appreciated the knowledgable and friendly staff.

Had to order a bike for our missionary, due to the used bike he was using failed. I contacted a store associate via a phone call. They were very helpful in what would meet our missionary’s needs. The website was great, the bike was ordered and ready for pickup within an hour.

There is nothing 'Mad' about Mad Dog Cycles. Having been to their store several/many times---even communicating with them over email---after each interaction I have never considered them to be 'Mad' in any way.

I can not recall each individuals name I have spoken with or asked questions of, but overall the staff is very helpful---especially when giving their opinions on bikes they have used/own (ex. Brompton Folding Bike).

If you are thinking about getting a bicycle---weather that be the one-of-a-kind Brompton (which they are the only dealer of, in Utah) or a simple-for-recreation hybrid bike. Mad Dog has the staff to get you the knowledge, confidence, and bike(s) to place you on your next favorite set of wheels.

So long as I live within traveling distance of Mad Dog Cycles (aka, 'Passionate about Bicycles') They have by business.
