I've been to several bike shops around Provo, and this is easily my favorite.
Friendly, helpful staff, convenient location, very reasonable prices for repairs and maintenance, and they do great work.

They also have a good selection of bikes if you are looking to purchase. Their prices beat anything I saw on the web, and they include a great warranty and free maintenance coupons that will last you about 1 year of normal maintenance.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and didn't pressure me into a sale. Great selection too! I couldn't give them 5/5 stars though because they didn't have very many bikes in stock. When I decided what bike I wanted, they didn't have the one my size in stock. Other than that, great prices, great service, great store!

Went in yesterday to ask for a new front wheel for my bike after it was run over by a car. While I was there I enquired about getting my front and back brake tightened. Came back today, work had been done no problem there. But I will say the price for brake adjustments are super high at Taylor's bikes. 24 dollars to tighten the screw with no replacement parts just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. In fairness they had told me of the prices before hand so my fault for going through with it.  Also charged 6 dollars to transfer tire to the new wheel. You won on price today but you lost a customer. I've been looking for a fair bike store like they have back home that won't break the bank and do good work, but have yet to find one in Provo. I may keep searching. Tip if you are price sensitive (college town) maybe try elsewhere cause this place likes to charge high prices for service and repairs.

My son is so excited for this bike! It was hard to get him to stop riding it in the bike shop. The employees were very helpful.

I was very impressed upon walking in. They seem to have a good selection of bikes and bike accessories. I was really impressed with the staff... As soon as I walked in there was someone there ready to help me. He knew exactly what part I was asking about, and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. He gave me instructions on how to use it, and made me feel like I could go back there again!
