We love the truck we got, but after we got home we realized we had a lot more questions and that some things weren’t explained at all. We got the truck at a great value, but, when he originally asked what we wanted our monthly payment to be we said no more than $350. Our salesman acted like that wouldn’t be a problem. It wasn’t until we had already signed almost all the documents that I saw a $500 number and asked is that our payment??? I wished he would have been more clear on that. We also didn’t even know what bank had our loan when we got home, no one mentioned it. I guess they expected us to find it in the paperwork but I wish he would’ve mentioned it also. If you go here just make sure you stop them all along the way if anything doesn’t make sense! We wish we did a little more.

I have bought 2 cars from Stevenson Toyota and when i need new or used, I'll buy here. I always end up with Chris checking me in/out of service/repairs. He is very attentive, funny, and makes the experience enjoyable with a smile under stress. I like the waiting area and coffee bar. Wait times can be a little long..........but with all they have to offer while you wait, I'll wait here and know my car is in good hands before I try to skimp on time somewhere else. Pricing for service is fair and employees are very plesant. Thank you Stevenson for all you do.

this experience has been like no other, no buyers remorse, no leaving and finding a better deal days later, none of that.  My sales rep Cassandra has to be one of the best in the business. Her ability to make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs about the vehicle you want truly makes the experience effortless. thank you Cassandra and the Staff at Stevenson Toyota for such a hospitable experience.

Let me say this. Were on a road trip, called Stevenson Toyota as I had a maintenance concern. Spoke to a very pleasant lady ( Dixie ) She took the time to listen , and was very helpful.  I was two hours out. She made an appointment for me that fit my schedule. Upon arriving, Robert was very thorough and attentive to my concerns. To me, this place rocks.

Great service managers, excellent sales staff. Offers prompt courtesy shuttle. Very nice, comfortable, spacious seating/waiting area with beverages, etc. while services are being done. Some of the support staff are not as on-the-ball as the rest of the staff, and you have to either remind them of your shuttle (or other)  request repeatedly, or bypass them and ask for the service manager directly to ensure your request is annotated and met in a timely fashion. (Hence the one star dock.) Overall though, an excellent dealership and service facility. Highly recommended.
