My husband and son came in to look at a 2004 Jeep that my son really wanted. They went to test drive it but after my husband looked around the jeep he noticed it was leaking coolant so he of course told salesman he didn't want to test drive it and cause more damage and the salesperson said they would fix the issue and call them as soon it was done. This was Monday evening and the salesman was Jeff and seeing we hadn't heard from him my husband called on thursday and spoke to a woman there and she said the jeep had been sold!!!! Seems very unprofessional to deal with customers that way and hopefully the jeep was fixed and the person who bought it didn't get screwed over!! Seems awful sneaky to sell it out from under someone who was very interested, but probably was on purpose seeing we knew there was issues needing to be fixed before it was sold!

I'm really satisfied with the deal that was negotiated with these guys, but that's because I did my homework and research before buying a car the moment I walked into the dealership. It wasn't high pressure, and the paperwork went by pretty fast. You'll get an excellent vehicle at an excellent price here. Cleanest vehicles I've ever seen at a used car dealership. Bring someone mechanically inclined to check the vehicle out and drive with you just in case; my mechanic let me know that the tires were dry rotted from sitting so long, and the dealership replaced it as soon as this was mentioned (that's not something I would expect the dealership to be replacing every six months on the lot).

I bought a great used automobile at Holiday.  It is family a family owned and ran business.  These guys are great.  They took care of everything, even called me for reminders.  Everything was done timely and appropriately.  Pricing was negotiable and reasonable.  They had the car I picked serviced and fixed anything they found and also provided me with the "CarFacts". I will go back for another auto buy with no problem in a heartbeat.  Great service and customer support!
