EDIT: Took our car to Parkway Subaru service because we couldn't lock the car anymore. They were able to quickly figure out the problem and order the part and quote us for the job. This was where the customer service ended. The quote was expensive, but that is expected when dealing with the electronics in the locking system in current cars and we really wanted to lock the car again. We were a little late dropping the car off for the early morning appointment (our child is potty training) so that meant that they didn't start working on our car until the afternoon. Would have been nice to be told that up front. My wife was called in the afternoon about an issue they found, but she was unable to answer the phone. The voicemail on her phone said we had 2 options, we could either have 2 separate keys (one for the door and one for the ignition) or pay an extra $100 to have the door lock changed. What?!? Why wasn't the installation going to include all of the components that we ordered? They claim that they couldn't predict that this was going to be needed. Of course we were upset that they were not honest with us and were trying to squeeze more money out of us. I don't believe their claims. They are either dishonest or dumb because I looked up the part number for the part they ordered (57491SC330, look for yourself on Subaru's website). Their own website clearly shows all of the parts that were ordered. Stay away from this service center if you can. They clearly don't understand how to quote a job, and once they do, they don't stand behind their quotes. We'll be thinking about the horrible customer service when we look at our two keys. New: After posting this review, the dealer contacted us to schedule the remainder of the repair for no extra cost. I increased from 1 to 3 stars since they were willing to fix their error. If they would have done this on the initial install, this could have been a 5 star review. We will be installing a hitch in the near future, maybe I'll give them another chance.

I was looking for a newer vehicle, someone recommended this place. So I went and looked at a couple of cars. Used car quality seems pretty good, however they wouldn't budge on the price they came down $250. I was still in the market for a vehicle about 3 to 4 months later. They still had the same vehicle at a lower price than what they actually quoted me because it had been sitting on the lot for so long. Called back a month after that offered the same price, still wouldn't budge. Looked at their website the following week they had dropped the price to $500 more than I had offered them 6 months before. Went to Raleigh bought the same car that had more features and the same amount of miles for less than I offered the car for. Saved $2000 in Raleigh highly recommend going around that area instead of here or surrounding cities. It's a shame too, I work at an area where I come in contact with a lot of people that actually have money. Seems as though if your not broke or have horrible credit they don't want to help.

I stopped in without an appointment to get a battery replaced and inadvertently left a book in the waiting area. I called about 2 weeks later, after searching everywhere else, and Jennifer, a Service Adviser for Subaru found it for me at the service desk!! The dealership is about 45 minutes from my home and this particular book would have been almost impossible to replace. I appreciate all the staff who take the extra trouble to look after little things like this. Great teamwork!

My wife and I wish to thank Joann Robinson, Marcus, Sean and Nicole for an excellent experience in our dealings with Parkway Subaru. Upon our arrival our vehicle was waiting for us to make our test drive. Upon our return we reviewed everything with Joann and discussed the benefits of the Forester that we ended up purchasing. We were pleased with the trade-in given us for our vehicle, the financial experience with Marcus and the computer set up with Sean. Also had the pleasure of meeting Nicole, our initial contact person at Parkway. In all, the entire experience took less than 3 hours. A record in 50-years of buying automobiles. Thank you Parkway for a pleasurable buying experience.

They are great to work with. They do great service and are decent on price. They covered my cost as warranty on my last visit. Scott is great.
