On Friday March 9th, I had a appointment with the dealership to get a recall taken care of. They told me 1-2 hours. I then waited 2 1/2 hours and they told me it’s going to be long. I was fine with that. I got a ride back by there own personal driver. Really nice guy by the way.  The hours went by. No calls. Nothing to tell me, hey we’re keeping your car over night. I called around 1900 and spoke to a supervisor and they basically told me they can’t help me till the morning at 0800. I then had to waist my money to get around town. And had to cancel my other car appointment to get my ball joints fixed. I’m now waiting for a call from them still. I called and left a voicemail because they did not answer at 0900 this morning. It’s 0958. I am not pleased with my first visit at the dealership.

I went in to get my vehicle serviced. I called ahead and the service team was friendly and professional. Making a same day appointment, even during the holidays, was a breeze. Once I got there, again the service team was very warm and pleasant to deal with. The waiting room is very comfortable, and the staff all around absolutely positive. Unlike most dealerships, I wasn't pestered to buy a new vehicle and the sales associates seemed to keep away from the service area which was very refreshing.

Had an issue with my 2017 jeep Cherokee that is still under warranty.  Once problem was diagnosed I was provided a Durango as a loaner.  My warranty covered everything.  No cost to me.  Picked up vehicle a couple of days later, ran perfect.  Great service.  Appreciate it!

Have you ever had car problems and thought, today I will seek an unfriendly employee at my local Jeep dealership? Yes? Then, I highly recommend this dealership! Have you ever wanted to set an appointment and wait 3.5 hours? Yes? Well let me tell you, this wonderful dealership will lobby you in the most accommodating area, they even offer coffee! And even better a view of your car from the lobby. They are kind enough to have you wait for 3.5 hours and park your car where you can see how they have forgotten it, irrelevant, unworthy like you. Once you’ve decided that today isn’t the day I want to deal with rude people, and a blissful 3.5 hour wait you can ask for your keys and leave. Don’t worry they’ll attempt to accommodate you at that point. They’ll ask if you’d like a rental car! Or even better another appointment! Just in case you wanted to repeat this wonderful experience.

Not a bad place to wait to get your vehicle fixed. The waiting area is spacious and u can get all the free coffee and tea u want. What was unusual is the have a charging area for your electronics along with a separate kids area!
