"BUYER BEWARE!!!" The worst car buying experience I have every had in my life. I purchased a used car from them thinking that price was too good to be true... AND IT WAS!!! They did not divulge any information about what was mechanically wrong with the car before the sale. They are very quick to have you sign a contract during closing on the vehicle to waive your rights to hold them legally responsible for the automobile they are selling you. They tell you you have a limited warranty but, are very difficult/almost impossible to work with when you claim something is wrong with the vehicle before the warranty expires. I was transferred from one sales representative to another sales manager and back again for days before they could give me an answer on whether they were going to honor their "limited warranty". It seemed to me as if they were always looking for a loop hole so they would not have to back the product they sold to me their "VALUED CUSTOMER".

 THE AUDACITY OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!  The day after I posted the above statement they finally contacted me but, not to discuss my dissatisfaction with my entire car buying experience from them. Instead they wanted to talk about the possibility of taking down this post. Interesting that they were more concerned with my post on google rather than  my dissatisfaction with the car they sold me.  IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I'm 19 and this was my first car buying experience and I have to say, it was extremely easy and hassle-free. Jose Carrillo was our salesman and he was super easy to deal with.  I felt like I was doing business with my brother. He wasn't super pushy, but did do a great job. I didn't feel annoyed like I usually do when car shopping.  I came to Toyota because both my parents own brand new Toyota vehicles and I'm glad I did. Thank you, Jose for your service. You made my first experience great!

I bought my first car yesterday with the help of Victor (manager), Jose Carrillo (sales agent) and Carlos (finances). I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I would possibly spend. I’ve been to other car dealerships and have not been taken seriously (either ignored or minimally helped). At Capitol Toyota, they were personable, patient and made me feel comfortable (esp during my test drive). I was shown two options at first, but when they knew I wasn’t satisfied... they kept looking for the exact type of model I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. The logistics were explained carefully, the detailed breakdown of prices were clear and my many questions were answered. The entire process took about four hours. I was able to take my new car home the same day! I’m so excited that this is how my first car buying experience went.

My name is Robert Olson and I am borrowing Jose's gmail account to write a quick review.  I spent a nice afternoon with Jose.  He is a low key, very comfortable sales person.  He listened to what I needed and helped me find a vehicle that I am very happy with.  I found him to be very knowledgeable about all the vehicles that I was considering and was good at helping me feel that this was the right decision.

Jason Stewart was great! No pressure; went the extra mile to find my preferred vehicle, and explained the vehicle specs well, catered to who he was speaking to and the specs that interested me. Juan was great with getting me the payment details and working with me. Thank you very much!
