Our whole experience from start to finish was a good one.  Tim Richardson, our Sales Consultant, was very helpful and full of information about the cars.  Rich Germunson, General Sales Manager came to meet us and was so helpful in making sure we had a good experience and got what we wanted.  Jason Johnson, Finance Manager, helped us sign all the paperwork and understand the financing.  We didn't have to go to the DMV because the dealership can take care of all of it now.  Cooper Smith, Service Manager has always been so helpful when we've brought our other Ford in for service. Thank you Colvin Ford for helping us to have such a good experience and a great car.

(Preface- this is a novel, sorry not sorry!) We came in yesterday to look at used cars and were greeted by Jesse. He was down to earth, sincere, friendly, zero pressure and knowledgeable. He didn’t hassle us to “just come in and talk”. He showed us the vehicles we were insterested in, then gave us his card and explained that he is always available if we had further questions. After visiting several dealerships, we came back to Chuck Colvin Ford today and met up with Jesse again. We picked out a car that was a great fit, but were anxious about what our payments would look like for a family on a budget..... not to mention what we could get for my husband’s 1997 Honda. Fortunately, Rich was the sales manager that reviewed our payment options. Being a former Marine, like my husband, they hit it off immediately and he made it clear that they are veteran friendly. He worked hard to get us a great interest rate and work out payments that will fit our budget, not to mention the extremely generous trade in value. My husband thought we would only be able to get an air freshener for our trade in value, we were pleasantly surprised and so ever grateful to Rich for his generosity! Then we signed all of the paperwork with the amazing Greg, who makes doing copious amounts of paperwork seem effortless as he keeps you laughing with his great sense of humor! Might I also add, that during this whole time we had our children, including a 3 years old. Everyone was so kind and understanding towards them, Jesse even bought them a snack from the vending machine! You can tell they value quality, integrity,  professionalism, and building meaningful lasting relationships with their customers. We will never shop elsewhere!

Just a meh experience. As a veteran, their "Thank you veterans" sign got me in the door. I was told there would be something at the end of the deal as a thank you to veterans. Never happened. I was told they would handle the veterans plates. Got regular ones instead. The vehicle I bought had a gash in the sidewall of a new tire and the rear emblem was falling off. Both of which passed their inspections. Just not happy about my experience there. Took a week, 3 phone calls and an email to get the tire replacement scheduled. Service team not good at returning calls. Not looking forward to scheduling maintenance and service contract items at this location at this time.

Want to share our recent experience while traveling up the Oregon coast.   Our usually trusty little RV started making a horrible  noise, sounded  as if the engine was flying apart. We pulled off Hwy  101 at the first wide spot.  Needless to say we were extremely worried. Visions of being stranded 400 miles from home with our home away from home and cats.
Things started to lookup, a call to AAA  got us set up to be towed to a RV Park for the night (It was late Sunday and no repair shops open). They gave us the number of a Ford dealership in McMinnville,  which we called Monday morning,  they said we could come in, we called AAA and got towed the rest of the way in.
Arrived at CHUCK COLVIN FORD, it was here that our scary event became a an excellent experience.   JERRI Collver, our Service Advisor, listened to our engine and immediately and correctly diagnosed  our problem.  We had blown out a spark plug.  It was late in the day and they offered us a spot next to their Maintenance  facility  and an extension cord, so we could plug in the RV.  The next day a team of at least 8 employees pushed our undriveable RV into the bay...and work progressed.  A part was ordered,  and would not arrive until the next day.  So they pushed us back out to our "spot" and promised we would  be back on the road by the end of the next day.  A PROMISE KEPT! 
We want to thank everyone involved, JERRI who kept everything going, J J the mechanic (stayed late to get us finished),  the Service Manager,  Jon at the Quick Lane (where we camped), and the CEO Gary Edwards (who allows his employees to do their best for their customers!).  All the employees were very friendly and helpful to us..the stranded travelers.  My only regret is that this excellent  establishment is so far from our home.
