I found the perfect car for my recently widowed single mother friend, who is on a limited income on Car Gurus at this location. I sent her there to look at the car. On car Gurus it was 14500. On the lot it was 17500. Not knowing the price and trusting me, she bought the car for 17500. 8 days later we happened to be talking about the purchase price. I said..no, it was only one 14500. Figuring she was out of luck, we took the add in there and talked to Duane, the General Manager. He explained that you have to mention the add to alert the salesmen of the Internet price, because they don't always know what cars are on sale, on the internet.  Figuring we were out of luck again, since the financing was done and the contract signed, Duane Smiley, surprised us both by making a few calls, and in 20 min she had a new contract new financing at the same rate and for $3000. Less!!!! I have always heard good things about Oregon Auto Center, and now I have witnessed first hand how true they were. Thank you Duane, you have no idea how much this has meant to us!!! You have made me rethink everything I ever though about car salesmen. :) when I need a new car, I will be right there on your lot, where I know I will be treated fairly and get a good deal. I am still in shock at how amazing you were and what a great car my friend got. Brenda Watts.

Oddly enough very pushy to get my credit score. Then when I did give them permission to look at my credit, they pulled a version of my FICO score from like 3 months ago. Not only do I have a hard inquiry on my credit report, but I got nothing from them. They were not interested in selling me a car because my credit was under the ratio they're looking for. They demanded money down, before even offering a test drive. I have no way of knowing if I even want the car, why should I be pressured into giving them my credit info? What's funny is that they advertise that they can help people with bad or no credit, but in fact they didn't help me, nor offered any type of options.

Purchased a car for my 75 year old aunt.  Nice, clean car, reasonably priced.
Salesman Tim  & associate easy to work with.  Would return if we need another car.

Left five messages on multiple numbers. Called 20 times. No one wants to return a call or answer a damn phone.

I bought a car from a gentlemen that works at this car lot he sold it to me out side of his work, he told me it had a few cosmetic issues but it would me a great car for me to make a hour commute each way  every day of the week with my young children, he had no title he agreed to meet with me Monday at dmv to get a new title. He told me and my family it had a clean title showed us the passenger registration that stated no brands, he told me the check engine light was on due to a gas cap error, well over the weekend i took the car into the shop to be told, the car has a o2 sensor and catalyc converter have both failed. The car has no heater core, no air bags and is leaking so we put the car up on a lift to see a bunch of hoses black taped together. So monday I got a call that he found the title well the title is recontructed, and he sold it to me while he was financing it. They have there employees selling cars on the side that they cannot sell on the lot. This guy lied and now that money I have been saving is gone and im stuck with a car im scared to drive.
