Worst customer service experience ever.  Purchased a 2015 dodge ram ecodiesl and on the drive home our check engine light came on.  Returned to Jim Doran on the next business day and and scheduled an appointment.  Every time we wanted an update on the pickup we had to call, we never were informed of the length of time they would have the pickup.  First we were told 4-5 days then it was 2-3 weeks.  No loaner vehicle was offered.

We are very pleased with our auto purchasing experience at Jim Doran Auto Center in McMinnville, Oregon. Over the years, like many, we have experienced a number of sales techniques; some delightful, some not so much. This organization seems to base their approach with calm conversation and respect. It worked well, earlier that day we actually brought our (other) auto in for some service work. We ended up leaving with a different auto. The coordination between the Service Department and the Sales Department was great, no complaints - just praise! It was a pleasant experience for someone not planning on purchasing an automobile  :)

I went to the service department at the dodge dealer. I have always avoided the dealer for repair but these guys seem like they know what they are doing.

They won't give me a key code and our tow lot has only been around for 50 years or better saying they've never heard of us. Idiots
