I purchased a 2005 silverado on 11/22/2017 and the experience was great, on 12/06/2017 the truck's starter failed and I called them knowing i had no warranty or anything owed to me and Dan took care of it at no expense to me. If you need a vehicle , you would be very pleased here at Larsen. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being the best dealership i have ever dealt with.

Best Experience Ever Buying an Auto in 48 years.  💥. I drove out from Milwaukie Specifically to Purchase the Auto I went home with.  🚘. Our Salesman and Closer Both seemed to know this Vehicle Well!
That in itself was a Hugh Plus. 👍
Rashad and Dan Listened to Us.  This Resulted in a Very Comfortable Process.
Driving home was FUN.  The Escalade is a Dream 💥🎈. I'm in Love with it!

I bought a used car here and thought I felt something on the test drive but contributed it to rough road then on the way home I noticed a shudder, come to find out it is a bad torque converter and even knowing it was driven off the lot just like that at this point they are refusing to fix it for nothing. They offer $200 and their service department is $400 more then where I take my cars. I have even offered to pay half and not gotten an answer back yet. I don't know if they knew or not regardless it should be repaired as it did come off there lot with a problem. There is a lot more to this story but if it is fixed I would have no problem. I'm a senior citizen. I will change my post if they fix it.

I've taken my car here four or five times now, and every single time the customer service was phenomenal. These guys are top notch.
