Fairly pleasant experience.  Minimum of drama.   Nice to buy from a family owned dealership rather than the car conglomerates which seem to be taking over.   The price was heavily discounted on their website, and everything went fairly smooth.  I'd go there again.

Went to this place for the first time to try to buy a car. I've been saving money to buy my first car that this place has. My friend went with me. I noticed that there was a few people who could have came out and helped us, or even greeted us but they all we're inside chatting it up. I don't understand why this place didn't try to sell a car. That's your job! Sorry I had a work uniform on and didn't meet your standards. Fortunately enough I went next door and bought a car for a great price. I had cash in hand. Snobs.

Test drove new 2018 Tiguan, salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, i did not buy so can't comment on sales experience.

The people in the service department are great, but Bob Sharper, the sales manager ripped my of very badly. I had just purchased one of the VW diesels two months before the news of VW's scan came out. Instead of offering me a fair price for my vehicle when I went to trade it in for ANOTHER NEW VW, he over charged for the new vehicle and underpaid on the old one. It was a further blow to my bad opinion of VW.
