Very disappointed! My husband and I met our Son, daughter in law and our 1 and 2 year old grandsons for dinner about 7:30. Sat at a table and immediately I managed to get a huge sliver in my finger from the table top. I let the server know that I was glad it wasn't one of the babies, he came back with scotch tape to cover the edge and said they would take care of it tomorrow.. We ordered 3 sandwiches, a special and 2 kids mac & cheese, 1 coffee, 1 soda 2 beers and an appetizer. My chicken sandwich showed up as a burger and had to be remade. 1 coffee refill and 2 more beers. Got the bill and it was $106 ....what?? They added almost $16 gratuity!! I waited to speak to the manager...never once did the server or manager ask if I was ok...and when asked about the added gratuity.....apparently it is added at servers discretion! We were obviously too large of a table and asked for more than he thought we should! I paid the bill and told her I will not be back and I will be sure to let my friends know! Sadly they have lost customers that have enjoyed their establishment several times a month for many years!

I liked the restaurant and ambiance, however my server ignored me for a very long time and walked passed me seven times without making eye contact. When I told her this as I left, she was defensive and I did not act poorly or have a negative attitude, I actually was sincere and tried giving her advice and I still did not tip poorly because I understand the service industry. Maybe a little better server training would make this a 5 star.

Food was not good and service was worse. Order a pizza called the heart attack special or something like that. Funny thing, there was way more onions and green peppers on the pizza than meat. I couldn’t taste the meat on a pizza that is supposed to “clog an artery”. Then, when I politely let the server known that I was disappointed with the flavor or the food, she boarder line insults me by saying that I should’ve orders it with light onions and green peppers and that now I know for next time. How was I supposed to know that the chef would overload my pizza with onion and pepper and barely put any meat? Needless to say, I won’t be back anytime soon.

What a huge disappointment. Went there tonight. The garlic frys were horrible the clam chowder was disgusting. Tastes like someone put a bunch of garlic in it. Told the waitress and all she could say was oh. My son which is leaving for the Marines had a pull pork sandwich and he couldn't eat it because it was to salty. My daughter had a french dip and came out with onions and mushrooms which the two she absolutely hates. The only good part was the cheese pizza that we brought home and it wasn't worth $15. It was alright service not sure why the waitress had to pants that were all cut up. Even though our bill was $113 plus a $10 tip just to be nice we could have went some place else and got better food but this was the place my son wanted before he leaves.

Very good service! Denise was awesome! Wings are excellent, crispy, good spice on buffalo style. Tommy pastrami must have, the bread is to die for, pastrami tender and tasty!
