Service poor! Love the food. Loud, obnoxious crew. Only 2 customers. 3-4 staff members, two were making pizza, other team member was just messing around. We sat there for a good minute before anyone even greeted or asked "what we needed". Shouldn't have to sit there waiting for a pizza already made. Team needs better coaching and training on customer service. Still great pizza, I'll give you that.

Tried the Cowboy pizza. I needed to comment because there was more salt on this pizza than there is in sodium chloride... no kidding! The only thing I could taste was salt, literally nothing else and the after affects of salt in your mouth is too overwhelming. I have had Papa M's on several occasions and I always thought it was pretty good but this time was maybe the worst dining out (take home or not) experiences I have ever had. If I had a sodium intake medical issue I would have been calling the paramedics after eating a slice of this pizza, it was that bad! My thought here is that hopefully PM's will read this and realize that salt may be added to pizza in minute quantities. What I was sent home with was salt with a minute quantity of pizza added to it... disgraceful!

Avoid this location like the plague... -Store is very dirty for being brand new (Notice the food all over the floor and counter in the pictures) -It is more important to answer the phone then assist the person in front of you -Staff is constantly being re-directed = pure chaos -Two registers, but it is unclear which is the new order line or if you have a pickup - New store is hollow and has an echo. Hard to hear people clearly, just a large mass of noise Person at the register told me it would take 5-10 min to make my pizza, I left 20 minutes later after they screwed it up, put it on the back rack and then answered the phone, forgetting they had to finish the one they started. +1 star that the kids are trying, just trained poorly to handle pressure. Hopefully that improves.

Let me first say I work in the “pizza business.” While delivering, I received a call from my fiancé, who was already having a crappy day, but wanted to tell me about her experience with Papa Murphy’s. She called in her order (and paid for it) ahead of time as she did not want to deal with the chaos of rush. Upon arrival she went to the counter she is usually directed to for call-in pickup. The gentleman at the counter told her she had to go wait in the other line (she could see her order with her name on it). That is fine, she went to the line and waited . When she got to the counter the manager told her she had to go to the other counter which she originally went to. The previous gentleman she encountered disrespectfully gave her the order. The order had green peppers on it which she did not order so she politely told the employee. His response was “there are only a few, it will be easy to pick them off at home”. At this point she was fed up and just wanted to go home and have dinner. In any restaurant setting, this employees actions are considered unacceptable. If the order is incorrect, the business fixes it. This is how you keep customers returning. From a managerial aspect, there should be more direction rather than avoiding problems in your store. Unfortunately we will not be returning for a while as this experience was not only unprofessional, but disrespectful.

Never go to the Post Falls location. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not much of a complainer but the wait is ridiculous. I did an online order and I went when it told me at 5:30 and there was a big line when I got there. When I got to the counter he told me that I would have to wait and they haven’t started on my pizza yet. I was fine with that because it looked like they where really busy. It got to the point that people behind me in line got there order first. An hour later I went up and my pizza was on the rakes. I don’t know what happened there but all I know it was a waist of time
