I always have an amazing experience when I go to Wendy's in Post Falls! The customer service is wonderful, I love the food and the prices, and the restaurant is clean! I don't like the new soda machine, but everyone has one like that now so I can't mark them down for it, especially when I love this place so much!

This place is clean and the staff are nice, but the prices are on par with non-fast-food restaurants. I ordered two cheeseburgers with catsup and mustard. No fries. No drink. I nearly lost it when the total was nearly $12.00!

There were rude customers waiting in the lobby, during the lunch hour/get out of church crowd.
The staff did a good job of getting orders out quickly and accurately, which I've found to be unique to fast food places in the area. Most can't get one right, let alone both.
Food was average fast food burgers, but I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal. 
Would have gotten 4 stars, if the other customers weren't so rude/annoying. But I applaud the staff.

Perhaps the cleanest Wendy's operating in America, clean food and location, very kind and helpful staff.
 Even if you're not a fan of Wendy's menu changes over the past decade it's worth checking out, they'll at least serve you edible versions of the items on the menu unlike many other fast food locations and chains.

There computers were down, I was their first customer, instead of turning me away and potentially losing my future business, they made it right and served me.

Michelle was especially kind and good at her job, she deserves recognition for her efforts.
