This is the third occasion I was informed my delivery time would be over two (2) hours. I am very happy for the success of my local Domino's Pizza. However, their customer care has increasingly declined since they've open their dine-in location. What happened Domino's? Now I'm hearing of hair in orders; and being talked out placing a delivery order with no offer of a consolation. This time I didn't comply. However, if the quality of my order is anything less than what I was use to before your big move.... it will be my last.

Ordered the veggie pizza and it was delivered hot in less than 40 minutes and everything on it was even and it was really good. I don't say that easily but it was the best pizza I have had for a long time.

Extremely disappointed in our last service. They brought us our pizza, but didn't bring us the Cesar salad we ordered. We called the store and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. First of all, your mistake, I paid for my order, it should have been brought to us immediately. An hour later and the Cesar salad still didn't show up. Asked for a refund for the salad and the money still hasn't shown up. Will not be ordering from them again.

I love dominos pizza but recently they have been screwing up my orders. I went online to get my free pizza for a carry out. When I arrived at the dominos they made me wait for more than an hour but I was told it’ll only be 20min. They messed up my pizza I ordered a pepperoni and it was cheese. The second time my sister called and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and when we arrived they claimed that our order wasn’t placed. Very disappointed. I hope they get better at not messing up

I cannot explain enough how disgusted I was with this store. I have used them many times in the past and have had a few mishaps but nothing tops of my experience yesterday. I found SO MANY HAIRS...like tons and tons and tons within the dough....as if someone cut their hair into the uncooked dough before the pizza was made. In 1 slice I pulled out 6 hairs..long hairs and I can't count the amount I found in the rest of the pizza. How in the world did this happen?!? I would really like to know. Disgusted.
