Ordered a pepperoni extra light sauce. They told me 10 minutes. I waited 20. Still not ready. Not a problem. Stand there another 10 minutes. I took the pizza home. It was not light sauce, it had a lot of sauce more than regular sauce, they also pulled it out of the oven early and it was not cooked all the way. I called got a manager and she wanted me to bring the pizza back to the store and she would replace it. I told her I waited and the whole situation. She said that is all she could do for me. What good is a manner who can't manage the food going in or coming out and can't make the customer happy. I brought it back and showed the pizza uneaten. Shame on her and the owner for being idiots! Another time I found the managers name tag in the pizza. This place is trash with yeah working there!

My wife called to order some pizzas for our daughter’s birthday party and the guy who answered was very rude to her. He hung up on her halfway through the order, then when my wife called back, he said “what do you want” in an aggressive tone. She said “you hung up on me and I don’t like the way you’re talking to me”. He replied “yeah we’re really busy, what do you want”? I tried calling so I could report it to the manager because my wife was too upset to call back. He picked up the phone and laid it on the counter, I could hear the conversations in the background and he was being rude to other customers. I hung up and tried calling back for an hour but the phone was busy. I finally got through and he said his name was Ezechiel and he was the manager. He didn’t deny being rude to my wife and said they were really busy. I told him that doesn’t give him the right to speak to customers that way and I was reporting him to the owner and he mouthed off to me and was being a smart mouth. We’re probably going to drive to the CDA store from now on

Called to place carry out order and asked for two orders of bread sticks. The gal who answered clearly asked someone around her "are we still doing bread" it's seven o clock and they close at ten. We were told they only had one order and that was it for the night. It's a FRIDAY night. Very unimpressed. First and last time ordering here.

Good pizza, reasonable price, but I've been going there for years and had to wait for pizza 95% of the time.

Have to wait sometimes. The beverage cooler is room temp at best. Warm soda.
