Alisha is the sweetest waitress she always takes care of our grandparents and is so happy and upbeat. She knows their aarp cards by heart and knows our drink order right off the bat. She makes Dennys great!

Rating Dennys 2 stars makes me a little sad. This used to be a great place to go to. My husband and I ate here last week and ordered the $4 value slam. Our waitress didn't seem to care about us as customers at all. There weren't very many people in the restaurant during our visit and the wait was definitely longer than it should have been. Since we were seated in a booth across from the kitchen we were able to tell when our food was done. I was disappointed in the fact that our food had sat under the heating area for at least 10 minutes while our waitress chatted with another employee just a couple of feet away from our food. She brought us our food and left. We were not asked of we needed anything else. After waiting so long for our food I became angry as soon as I got my plate because my pancakes were way over cooked. I had to saw through them with my butter knife. I ate 1 bite of pancake before pushing it to the side. I was eating my eggs and bacon when she came over and asked if I was finished with my pancakes. There was no asking if there was something wrong with my meal at all. I didn't bother to complain to her because I don't feel like she would have handled the situation properly. We had a different waitress when we paid for our bill who asked how everything was and I was generous in telling her it was okay. I'm not sure I will be back after this experience.

Normally this place is fabulous. However lately they have gotten slower and food has gotten alil more bland. And today it took almost 45 min just for 4 plates of food. When on average they put out like 8 in that time and what made it worse for me and my sister was other around us who had gotten there after us were being served and the check before we even go a glimpse of our meal.

Extremely friendly staff, always get our to go orders right. Manager Dan is amazingly helpful and stands by his word. Wish more places were like this!

Came in to treat myself to a dinner out, was sat, waited 20 mins and never had a waitress come talk to me! Horrible, horrible service! Will drive to Cda from now on and eat at Shari's
