I have nothing but fabulous things to say about this particular Car pool! I have been there on many occasions and have never had an issue with customer service! I have met management and the staff has always been courteous, efficient, and kind! I'm not sure what this other lady is bitching and crying about in regards to going there alone as a female! I personally feel that she perhaps had her own issues that day but to say , harassed by management seems so extreme to say, due to the fact that the customer service is and has always been above and beyond what one could expect from other places these days! I'm sure that showing a customer what has been done to the car and walking that individual through it, seems to me to be a courtesy on the part of car pool to insure ones satisfaction w the services provided! More than thrilled w my car and the fact that they were able to get the caked on brake dust off and have it shine like new, all i can say is I'm impressed! My family and friends have expressed their gratitude for my recommendation in regards to the quality of work this location has provided us! Thank you to the management and team!

They really take the time to properly finalize the wash after the car goes through the machine wash. They did a great job with getting rid of the leftover brake dust by hand that the machine missed.

They do a very good job in a short period of time. If looking for a great job, no. Often overlook inside door handle pockets, dry the door sills and trunk seal and bugs.

$50 mainly wanted intior cleaned.  Dirt still on door that i was able to wipe off with my finger so not stained, they didn't touch it and dirt and crumbs between seats where console is also not touched but i do know they wiped my air vents cause the broke off my air freshener and left it laying on the dash.  Come on guys get it together for the next guy because im not coming back.

Needed a car wash today and looked on your website and it said you were open today . Went to both locations on Broad and they were both Closed!!! Please update your hours for when you are closed so folks don’t come down there for nothing ..HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
