Always friendly and efficient. It took about half an hour because they were very busy. First weekend day in a few weeks that it wasn't raining. I always take my car there when I don't have time to do it myself.

I love carpool! There rainbow wash it's every major point that a car wash needs to. Undercarriage, vacuuming out the inside, as well as hand drying at the end. the service is always great, and the lounge is very comfortable. I enjoy going to carpool.

I’ve been going to carpool for quite some time now. Always excellent service. Had an incident recently that potentially could’ve caused me not to come back. Willie, the manager, handled it exactly as I would have wanted. Reaffirms my belief that not only do they do a great job cleaning your car, but customer service follow up is the best.

Lazy. Unprofessional. Poorly managed and trained. 

40 bucks for them to half wash your vehicle. Not even touch spots that wipe off with your finger. Use rags on your windows they just used on exterior portions of the vehicle. Go from bumpers and wheels to paint. Drug my weathertech hard plastic floor mats across my door paint while trying to open the door with the same hand. Threw the floor mats that were still dripping wet on my seats befire tossing them into the floor. 

Left my jack tools from under the seat on my seats. Didn't wipe down half of the interior. Left mud and dirt on the exterior everywhere. 

Terrible service. If you care about your vehicles condition do not take it here.

Wasn't greeted on a cold afternoon in line until I brought it someone's attention. Multiple cars ahead had left their vehicles. Guy said the aisle I pulled into doesn't have a vacuum ready. Do I have to wait/stand there -in the cold? How about simplifying your menu, lowering the high price of a CAR WASH and put two more guys in the front line to greet and explain the overly wordy menu that is designed to confuse...And then clean it properly so I don't have to finish the job at home. Thanks.
