I went through this Flagship wash car while on the way to Chester Skate land  last Sunday and what friendly Flagship car wash in the area and they do a amazing job too. The young lady helping me name was Megan she was so kind with a beautiful smile and done a great job too. Thank you Megan you are the best. I highly recommend  this Flagship for all people

I placed an order for deluxe package 39.95 which included interior wiped and vacuumed . it was obvious that the inside had not been touched. The trunk was completely empty and there were pine needles to be vacuumed. They were still in the trunk.. obviously not vacuumed. I was on. Quick time Frame to travel, no time to address manager. I just won't use that service location again.

The new unlimited plan does not allows to be modified to meet my needs. I don't need my tires and wheels to be cleaned and dressed. I can clean my wheels in 3 minutes and I don't like my tires to be dressed. I would be more customer oriented if it can be modified to eliminate tires and wheels and do the interior instead like I had it with the old plan.

I paid 34.99 to have my car cleaned inside and out agreed to their 30 min wait because my car needed it and still ended up with a half clean so shield and dusty interior. My car isn't horribly dirty ever so just assuming I don't care for that to be wiped down is horrible.
