Yesterday was my first time at this location - I normally visit the location on Midlothian Turnpike.  I was rather disappointed.  Everyone  who I encountered was polite however upon inspection of my car, the job was not done well.  I keep my car very clean, but after traveling to  Northern VA for the holiday, my car needed a good cleaning. After the $32 car wash, I noticed there were still water spots on my mirrors and windows. The interior had dust and dog hair in the cup holders and dog drool on the seat - it seemed like the ran a quick vacuum inside but did not bother to wipe anything down after they ran it through the wash.  They did look busy, so I will give this review 3 stars, but something like this should have been noticed and cleaned.

Not clean waiting area. Unclear what was offered. The facility inMidlothian is much better.

They get you in & out. And a great job too!

Did a decent job on the car, but that is mostly automated. They took about 5 minutes just to come over to ask what service we'd like, and then never called our names to pick our cars up. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes after it had been through the wash since several employees said it wasn't ready til they called my name. Don't think I'll be back.

Other than having them go over my vehicle twice to catch missed areas.  Not a bad carwash.
