I've been a member for roughly 2 years regardless of the service that I've gotten on some of my visits. I went in this evening to get a wash and my membership had been dropped. The attendant outside told me that I needed to go inside to get this resolved (This has happened once before and management fixed this with no issues). The attendant inside said that she didn't know how to handle the issue and would have to get her manager. I sat down and waited until my vehicle was completed. At this point, I assumed that the young lady had forgotten that I was waiting,  so I stopped the next guy that looked like he was management and explained my situation. He told me that this happens when the customer changes cards or expires. I responded to him saying that none of those things had happened with me. He asked me did I want to sign back up for my membership and I said yes. When he told me that it would be 49.95, I told him that my membership was 44.95. He said that, that deal didn't exist anymore. I asked him if he could see who cancelled my service and he said that the system suggested that I did. After a back and forth conversation he told me that I should pay the 49.00 because I was still getting a good deal. I told him that I wasn't going to pay that amount and asked to speak with someone higher than him. He said that he was it. I asked did he own the place and he said yes (he appeared to be lying). By this time he had run my card for the single wash amount of 26.00 and told me to sign the receipt authorization for the charge. I told him that I wasn't going to sign until I talked to his boss. He told me that he didn't have a boss and that he was it. I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes. After that, I went and sat in my truck to call my bank to explain what happened. They told me that if I don't sign the slip, they couldn't get paid unless they forged my name.  I asked the bank to make a record of my call because I intend to contact the better business bureau. I have never encountered anything like this in my life and I can't believe that I've given a company like this 2 yrs of my hard earned money.

Got the Whole Enchilada, which is a full interior and exterior cleaning. The interior was vacuumed, but no freshener, not well done. Exterior was done poorly. Still have dirt and water marks. Looks like they used dirty towels to dry it. Not happy at all.

After reading the other reviews I consider myself lucky. I’ve been getting car washed here for 5.5 years and have never had a problem. Staff has always been friendly and helpful

Use to love this place, they had amazing service and for the money it was a great car wash during the winter. I will not be coming back though, there prices went up which would be ok if they still did all the same services, they now charge more and do half. They didn't wipe down anything for the almost 30 dollars I paid, there was still dirt inside the vech from a half vacuumed job. Super disappointed.

They did a great job on my vehicle.  I just got the cheapest wash but it still looked great.  I will definitely be back.
