Okay, so let me tell you about this Carpool Center. Yet another Richmond staple, this Carpool services the entire range of people economic classes that can potentially be in Richmond. What I am saying is I know high up Executives at my company, people who make in the millions of dollars, that come to this carpool to have their car clean. This carpool is always packed, but it seems to be a very efficient place to get your car serviced. It is almost like the kidney in the body, the kidney they cleans the blood of the body, this carpool cleans the cars of the city. I know it's a horrible analogy but use your imagination. If you are a Richmond local or, go to this carpool and check it out. I did it for the first time, and had a wonderful experience. But typically, I have a dirty car, so any cleaning is better than no clean.

New in town and needed to find a car wash. Took my 2016 Chevy Equinox here to get cleaned.  I paid $31.95. They didn't clean the inside of my windows at all and the outside were half done, around the edges about an inch wasn't cleaned the whole way around each window, my floor mats were soaked with water and they didn't vacuum very well. Also there was dirt on the exterior of my car that they didn't get off but came off when I wiped it with a towel.  All the people were very very nice but for the money I'll go elsewhere next time.

Great go-to place for a quick car wash that doesn't involve getting out of your car at all from start to finish. Pay at the drive up booth, go through the machine, and you're back on the road. I have found that the $7 car wash option does a very good job removing the dirt that gradually builds up on my car every day from parking outside.

They usually do a good job here, but rarely great. They have a monopoly on full service car washes in Richmond.  They often close early, even in nice weather. I tried to go today after work to get a car wash at 5:30, they are supposed to be open until six, and they were already closing. Today is 65° with no precipitation. I rushed out of work to get there before they closed and they have closed early for no apparent reason.

Took my car there today and it was pretty busy.  Fair enough since we just had a snow recently.  I got the "extreme" package.  I took these photos as soon as I got home.  As you can see by the photos, the vacuuming was suspect at best.The wiping down of surfaces was completely sloppy.  Dirt was just smeared around instead of wiped off.  I have had another car full detailed here before and they did do a good job on that which is the only reason I didn't rate this one star.  I will not be back. Take your car to Dave's Auto Spa in Midlothian, they do a great job.
