I went through here today to wash all the salt off my car only to find the spin brushes only touch the driver side and didn’t even come close to the passenger side. I pulled around to the office to tell them. They ran me through again and this time I recorded it. Still the same thing the brush never came in on the passenger side so now I have a half clean car. After showing the guy my video he tried arguing with me that it was touching my car and then went out and recorded another vehicle going through and said “see it is touching” I said yeah it is touching their car but as you can see in my video it never touched my car. He told me he could send me through again and slow the belt down and I got fed up and left. If you want a clean car take the time and drive out to the one on Midlothian turnpike. They actually care and your car comes out clean every time there. What a joke and waist of money. If I could post videos I would but I can only post pictures.

I have had a membership since they have opened. Until yesterday! I was asked if I was married and if I would give a staff member my number. After speaking to my mother who I had purchased a gift card to the wash she was told she was beautiful and was asked if she was married and if this man could get her number. Sad. Just sad.

Would give zero stars if I could. Very busy and long waits this last friday. I had a basic wash and when I got out to vacuum my jeep what did I see? HALF OF MY ASSEMBLY MISSING ON THE TRUNK! NOT TRIM!This is a factory bolted on IMMOVABLE piece. It lights up the license plate. I don't care if it's a 1999 and over 10 years old. This is UNNACEPTABLE! NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED!!! 
I usually go to another one and never had any problems. I shouldn't have to go through the court system but if they don't fix it I am left with no choice.

I have been going to this car wash for probably the better part of five years now and even though they have raised their prices of their car wash a little bit it is definitely worth it. They offer new packages everything from just a plain old wash two rain repellent and waxing. The vacuums are also very nice, free with a car wash by the way. And plenty of trash cans to get rid of all that stuff in your car that's been sitting there forever!
