Everyone that I encountered were very pleasant & helpful. I saw the sign (picture attached) that read about creating a personalized picture of an animal/human that had passed away. They were able to make this picture & frame it right there in the store! Coolest thing ever! Reasonably priced, also. So far, I haven't had a bad experience in any Care-a-lot. Keep up the good work, guys! 👍

This was actually my first visit to Care A Lot but I had heard great things about it. Definitely fulfilled my expectations and then some. 

The staff was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a much larger selection of products compared to other larger pet supplies stores. Not only was there more of a selection but the prices were actually much better as well. The store was very clean which I liked as well. 

I didn’t know that it was locally owned/operated until one of the workers (Shannon) told me. It felt even better saving so much while also knowing it’s helpjng a local business. Its not the closest store to me by any means but I definitely will be back.

This is my favorite pet supply store by far! They always have what my dog needs at decent prices, and they often have great sales. Their staff is always amazing with my dog. I'm usually wary of in-store clinics and groomers, but I've had only positive experiences with both. The grooming staff is especially patient with my dog.  She's not the easiest to groom, but they still treat her as lovingly as they would their own dog. I cannot express how much I appreciate them for that!

Good selection, pleasant staff. I liked it more when they partnered with the PAWS low-cost vaccine clinic instead of competing with it though. I'm grateful they do not sell live animals other than fish.

Good selection of pets supplies, parking is also good. There is a better and easier way to get in and out if it was marked for the lights depending on time of day, since it's on a busy street. Most people don't know that.  However, most times if you need help I find I need to track them down. Other then that it's my choice if I need good choices.
