Jennifer was awesome. Her knowledge of the product that I bought was uncanny. Her professionalism was 2nd to none. As a GM for a retail establishment I can honestly say I wish I had more employees like her. Great job Jennifer.

I just left this location. The staff there could not have been less helpful or more rude. We were asking about crickets for reptiles, and no one could answer our questions. Furthermore, they had no interest in finding out or talking to us at all. TWO associates said “I don’t know” and literally turned their backs on us. Then, the cashier was blatantly abrupt and rude. We tried to make friendly conversation, but she was having none of it. I’ll drive a little further for Petco from now on.

PetSmart of Greenbrier is a great place for pets! I take my dog here for grooming (nail trims) and the staff is always friendly and handle my anxious pup nicely! I enjoy getting the discounts/coupons via email. I have always had a positive experience at this place.

Don’t ever buy an animal fro this place! I’ve bought my thirteen year old daughter a leopard gecko and a Russian dwarf hamster from there and both of which have got on sick and died with in a few months!

Our puppy has been coming here to get his nails cut once a month since he was a little younger thanks three months. He's a year now. Our pup HATES trimming his nails. He turns from a calm, lovable dog to a super anxious, nervous nippy lunatic. He whines really bad, will nip, and shakes really bad. I hate getting it done but the Petsmart people do such a great job. They take their time, they talk calmly to him, and give him treats. Haven't gone anywhere else because of how much of a hassle he is, but they've always done a great job and get his nails super short.
