Not a fan since i went by their ferret cage a few months ago with a sign over it saying "ferrets have the propensity to make unprovoked attacks that cause bodily injury to a human being" with a little disclaimer at the bottom implying state law made them do it. Wtf? I work with and have owned ferrets for quite some time ferrets bite when they are not socialized or are abused which speaks poorly to the treatment of the animals they sell. They took the sign down since i complained.

Has nice selection for a variety of animals: lizards, birds, fish, cats, dogs, ferrets. They sell all of the above, but cats & dogs are for adoption. It smells when you walk it, making it not to pleasant, but the staff is nice.

We have four dogs and thus do a lot of shopping for them.  We really liked the previous manager who was pleasant,  courteous and professional.  However,  the new guy... not so much.  We find him boorish and crude, totally undeserving of a manager title and position.  Because of him we now shop elsewhere. 

On a bright note, we had a very positive experience in aquatics dealing with Amelia.  She was kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about her craft.  She really helped us out.  So did a couple of the other girls there.  Too bad they're trapped under a poor manager who publicly berates these employees.  If that guy leaves, we would likely return to do business there again.

We use the groomers for our dog, and he actually enjoys it. We used to make our dog to another groomer, but he did not like it and came back in a bad mood more time than not. Here, he is very happy every time and the staff is very friendly.
