Have taken my two dogs for grooming at this location for appointments every three months for the last two years. Called to discuss since their grooming appointment our dogs now have fleas. Our dogs haven't had fleas all summer. The manager a young man of the grooming salon was very short and said that was impossible and we are getting them from our yard and would not hear me out but a simple their coming from your yard. Recommended we get them on medication for fleas. No offer of a flea bath but a straight you did not get them from our salon. Needless to say we won't be going back.

➡️I have been coming to this store since it opened. I have had NO issues with the store or the staff. 

🏩The store us always very clean and tidy. Very easy to find things that you may need. Or if you are like me things I don't "really" need, but Hey my Chihuahua need another outfit.👗😁 

👥Staff is very Knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help you find what you need. If something is out, They will check in the back and/or to see if any will arrive in their next shipment coming in. I had one guy call a couple of other Petcos to see if they had it. I was very impressed and it show that they love their job.👥

🐶Grooming department is outstanding! I Absolutely love Corey. She does all 3 of my dogs. When I come in she know my name and each of my 3 furbabies. My girls love her. 💜 I know I can trust Corey when she takes them in. Even when my girls are cranky Corey takes her time and will chat will them. Her personality is very sweet and caring. She is very  Knowledgeable And has given me Great pointers. I couldn't ask for much more! I recommend her to anyone! She is definitely an asset to this company! 🐶

💲Prices on items in the store are reasonable. But, like any store some stuff will be high and some will be low.💲

Buying a guinea pig from the pet store was a BAD idea. It was discovered that my piggy had an URI (upper respiratory infection) which is quite common in guinea pigs. It was also discovered that he had one for a while meaning BEFORE I had gotten him and by the time I started noticing his symptoms it was far too late. I figured it was impossible because he had seemed fine when I purchased him but turns out he was not. I decided to do my research and found out that piggies from the pet store are almost always sick when you get them and you'll never notice because pigs are good at hiding sickness. Being kept in an aquarium like tank (which I found out they are not supposed to be in because piggies need airways) with other Guinea pigs that are probably also sick is often the main reason they are sick when you buy them. Also because pet store guinea pigs are bought from breeders/mills a lot of the time where they are not well taken care of. I wish I'd done my research BEFORE buying him, I wouldn't wish this on anyone so please guys just go to the animal shelter.

Nice and clean but small. Couldn't get what I wanted but I could always go on-line. P.S. Cashier is an EMT. Pets are welcomed and the staff are just wonderful with the "domesticated" animals. P.S. The stuff I consume often, e.g. cat litter, greenies, etc, are available most of the time and my Chihuahua loves "exploring" the store.
