Zanfra Major has been my Carfagno service adviser for many years.  Her outgoing, fun-loving personality always make my maintenance visits such a pleasure.  The entire service staff has always been professional, friendly and courteous.  

Pete DiStefano was so patient with me when I purchased my new car last September.  I know I probably drove him a little crazy but he did everything possible to keep me calm throughout the process.   Carfagno has the best customer service anywhere.  Thank you!

My immediate family has been going to Carfagno for years. Both my parents and I purchased/leased our three cars through them. We recommend Carfagno to friends and family all the time. The staff that helped me with my service that day was great, per usual! Very friendly and welcoming. Jokingly bantered with me while getting all my info, made the experience fun. I left with a smile. Also replaced my broken key without me even asking!! GM/Chevy Customer For Life!!!!

A car dealership that has an incredible customer review rating and lives up to it at that! What?! I’m a true believer after the service experience with my Tahoe. When you have a vehicle problem you think is so specific it’s better in the hands of the manufacture dealer, you also think you’re going to get raked over the coals too but that didn’t happen.  It was awesome. All of it. Customer for life. 100%.

Absolutely Love the Carfagno Team! My dad has had great service for many years. His recent issues with an older car were resolved the same day, with Zanfra keeping me in the loop by phone and even offering to get him lunch. They are extraordinary and reasonable, but most of all caring.
